Kayak for Beginners
This class is a must if you have never learned the proper techniques for paddling. Good technique involves using your oblique muscles. Most beginners overuse their arms and experience un-necessary soreness and discomfort. Also learn about the different styles of kayaks, basic boat safety, and more.
The class is 1 1/2hrs long and you will be joining other beginner paddlers.Boat and kayak gear are included. Your instructors are ACA certified, passionate about paddling and love people. Do bring a change of clothes for afterwards.
